Mavericks officially ink four for '11

This should come as no surprise, but Minnesota State announced that Max Gaede, Jean-Paul Lafontaine, Brett Stern and Zach Palmquist all signed NCAA Letters of Intent to attend and play hockey for MSU next fall. Read the full release, and a few details on each player, here.

    Not that I'm aware of. The Mavericks will graduate Ben Youds, Rylan Galiardi, Andrew Sackrison, Kurt Davis and Channing Boe this spring. So, another addition is possible.

    I would expect a few more commitments for 2012 to start rolling in shortly. The current MSU roster contains eight juniors, so there will be several key roles to fill in 2012-13.
